If you are interested in losing weight you can join us on one of our Foodwise courses. Areas covered on this course include healthy ways to lose weight, becoming more active, getting support and ideas to change your eating habits, portion sizes, interpreting food labels correctly, dealing with hunger and craving.

Losing weight can be difficult but there is no need to do it on your own.

Workshops are tailored around the age and need of the group. If you would like to arrange a workshop for your school, community group or venue please contact us.
