Our solutions officers will discuss with you your situation and see how we can help. Our aim is to help you from becoming homeless where we can.
We will mediate on your behalf with the relevant people such as your landlord or your family members to prevent this. We will also provide you information on the housing options that are available to you which may include:
During your assessment you are likely to be asked to provide information and documentation which will help us to decide whether you are eligible and threatened with or are homeless. It is important that you provide the information asked for in in order not to delay the process. Following your assessment we will carry out enquiries based on your responses and provide you with a personal housing plan (PHP).
Please note that due to the implementation of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014 we are now able to solve your housing challenges by securing accommodation in the private rented sector with an Assured Shorthold Tenancy that lasts no less than six months.

It is extremely important that if you are experiencing difficulties in sustaining your tenancy and are at risk of losing your home and becoming homeless that you seek advice at the earliest opportunity.
Appointments will run on the hour, every hour from 9.00am until 5.00pm Monday - Thursday and every Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm.
