Touch Trust After School Club

 

We offer a range of Touch Therapy Movement and FUN activities to keep your little ones entertained, with the peace of mind that they’re in good hands.

 

Our club is for those with Special Needs and other disabilities; however siblings are very welcome to join in on the fun.

 

When:  Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday in Term Time

Time: 4.45pm - 5.45pm

Where:  Wales Millennium Centre, Bute Place, Cardiff Bay, Cardiff, CF10 5AL

 

Only £5 per child an hour.

The Sunshine Club

 

To support carers/parents of children and young people with special needs. Sharing professional input and supporting each other.

Motion Control Dance

 

Motion Control Dance offer weekly dance sessions for children, young people and adults with disabilities who love to dance. A great place to meet new friends and have the opportunity to perform at local community events that develop confidence and self-esteem as well as enjoyment for members.

Afasic Cymru Youth Club

 

Afasic Cymru have opened the doors of their newest youth club which is based in Cardiff and young people from Cardiff and the Vale are welcome to attend!

 

When:  Every Thursday in Term Time

Time:  6pm - 8pm

Where:  "The Adventure" Scout Hut, Circle Way East, Llanedeyrn, Cardiff, CF23 9PD

Adoption UK: Child to Parent Violence / Non Violent Resistance Awareness Raising Day

Parents, wider family members and support staff will have an opportunity to consider the neurophysiological issues underlying aggressive and violent behaviour in some children.  The day will provide an introduction to a range of practical Non Violent Resistance strategies and explain the vital role of those supporting families both in professional roles and as family members or friends.  The training will be delivered by a Partnership Projects accredited practitioner.
