  1. The site Inspection had been recommended by the Head of Regeneration and Planning.

  1. Apologies for all site visits were received from Councillors J.C. Bird, Dr. I.J. Johnson, P.G. King, Mrs. R. Nugent-Finn and E. Williams.
  2. An apology for sites (a) and (b) was received from Councillor Mrs. P. Drake
