Let’s Talk Well-being in the Vale
Join the big conversation about well-being in the Vale of Glamorgan
In 2016 as part of our ‘Let’s Talk’ engagement we asked you about well-being in the Vale and what matters to you. We have used the results of this engagement together with a wide range of data to complete an assessment of well-being in the Vale.
We have looked at lots of things that affect how we live and identified lots that is good but also some areas where we think we need to make improvements, these are:
making sure young children have a good start in life;
tackling inequalities and poverty;
protecting and enhancing the environment;and
improving how we engage with our communities including the promotion of volunteering.
We want to hear what you think about our assessment of life in the Vale. You can do this in a number of ways:
by completing a short questionnaire; or
by chatting to us on Facebook as we share information about our findings.
We want to know what you think and whether our assessment of life in the Vale is right. It is important that you have your say as our assessment will inform the future priorities of the Public Services Board (PSB).
