There are several ways you can pay your Council Tax

By Post

These should be addressed to the Director Resources, P.O. Box 49, Barry, CF63 4YN.

 

Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to: 'The Vale of Glamorgan Council', and crossed.

 

They should not be addressed to an individual Officer. Please ensure that your Council Tax Account Number is written on the back of your cheque.

Council Tax Remission

It is possible to apply to the Council for remission of the Council Tax (i.e.flooding). The Council requires reasons why you should be supported having regard the interests of other Council Tax payers in its area. Financial Information and any other supporting letters/information is required to make a consideration.
