3 arrested following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 3 arrests last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 40 times during the week ending 10 August 2014.
On 06 August one person was arrested on Main Street, Barry on a charge of theft.
On 08 August, one person was arrested on Palmerston Road, Barry for theft and cultivating cannabis.
Also on 08 August, on Jewel Street, Barry one person was arrested for theft and assault.
On 07 August one person was issued with a fixed penalty notice on Holton Road, Barry for theft.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
