9 arrested following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 9 arrests made, one court summons issued, and one missing person found last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 32 times during the week ending 7 December 2014.
On 2 December one person was arrested on Chesterfield Street, Barry for possession of drugs, while on Main Street, Barry two people were arrested for possession with intent to supply.
On 3 December, one person was arrested on Holton Road, Barry for fraud and burglary.
On Church Road, Barry on 4 December one person was arrested for being outstanding wanted.
On 5 December, two people were arrested on York Place, Barry for possession of drugs with intent to supply, possession of an offensive weapon, and possession of stolen goods.
Also on 5 December one person was arrested on Main Street, Barry for possession of an offensive weapon and theft.
One male was arrested for burglary on Main Street, Barry on 7 December.
Also on 7 December one court summons was issued on Cardiff Road, Barry.
One male missing person was found on Church Road, Barry on 5 December.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
