14 arrests following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 14 arrests last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 42 times during the week ending 9 February 2014.
On 4 February two people were arrested for theft on Holton Road, Barry.
On the same day two people were arrested on Market Street, Barry, one person for possession and supply of class B drugs and one person for numerous counts of driving while disqualified.
One person was arrested on 5 February on Holton Road, Barry for theft.
One person was arrested for theft on Holton Road, Barry on 6 February.
One person was arrested on an outstanding warrant on Bassett Street, Barry on 7 February.
On 8 February two people were arrested on Dock View Road, Barry, one person for drink driving and one person for possession of class B drugs.
On the same day one person was arrested on Windsor Road, Penarth, for being drunk and disorderly and for breach of the peace.
On 9 February four people were arrested on Windsor Road, Penarth, one person for being drunk and disorderly and for breach of the peace, two people for assault and one person for criminal damage to a vehicle.
On 7 February one missing person was found on Holton Road, Barry.
One missing person was found on Holton Road, Barry on 9 February.
On 3 February one person was given an ASBO.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
