10 arrests following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 10 arrests last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 34 times during the week ending 16 February 2014.
One wanted person was arrested on 10 February on Aberearon Close Barry.
On 11 February one person was arrested on Holton Road Barry for theft.
On the same day one person was arrested for attempted burglary on George Street Barry.
Three people were arrested on 12 February for theft of a vehicle and possession of drugs on Skomer Road Barry.
On 14 February one person was arrested for burglary on Holton Road Barry.
On 15 February one person was arrested for public order offences on George Street, Barry, one person was arrested on Broad Street, Barry for racial abuse and possession of drugs and one person was arrested for possession of drugs with intent to supply on Barry Road, Barry.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
