4 arrests following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 4 arrests last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 37 times during the week ending 4 January 2014. On 31 December one person was arrested for driving while disqualified and for having no insurance on Main Street, Barry.
One person was arrested on 2 January for domestic assault on Merganser Court, Barry.
On the same day one person was arrested on Vere Street, Barry for breach of conditions.
One person was arrested for theft on Vere Street, Barry on 3 January.
On 4 January one missing person was found on Holton Road, Barry.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
