11 Arrests Following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 11 arrests last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 35 times during the week ending 06 July 2014.
Four people were arrested on warrants: one on York Place on 30 June, one on Holton Road on 02 July, one on Main Street also on 02 July, and one on Dunlin Court on 04 July.
Also on 04 July, one person was arrested on Newton Street for being drunk in charge of a vehicle, as well as various other motoring offences.
On Broad Street, on 05 July, one person was arrested for being drunk and disorderly.
On 06 July, one person was arrested on Wyndham Street for assault, one person was arrested on a warrant on Park Crescent, and three arrests were made on Holton Road for criminal damage.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
