12 arrested following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 12 arrests and one motoring offence recorded last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 47 times during the week ending 03 May 2014.
On 29 April one person was arrested on Main Street for theft.
On 30 April, on Church Road, one person was arrested for domestic assault and theft.
On 01 May on Holton Road one person was arrested for theft, one person was arrested for possession of Class A drugs, and two more were arrested for possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
On Park Crescent, also on 01 May, one person was arrested for theft, while another was arrested for breach of bail conditions.
On 02 May, one person was arrested for theft on Holton Road, another was arrested for various thefts on Barry Waterfront and Broad Street, and a third person was arrested on High Street for assault and criminal damage.
One person was arrested on 04 May on Market Street for possession of Class A drugs.
On Bell Street, on 03 May, one person was reported for various driving offences.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
