The Vale 50 plus Strategy Forum will be hosting a Festival of Arts on 30 May at the Old School in Sully as part of the Gwanwyn Festival.
Gwanwyn is a month-long national festival held across Wales in May each year celebrating creativity in older age.
The festival will see a selection of information stalls from organisations such as Vale of Glamorgan Libraries, Adult Community Learning, Vale Volunteer Bureau, and Welsh for Adults, as well as a range of workshops available including creative writing, knitting and stitching, and Tai Chi and Lift soft exercise.
The event, which is free and welcome to all ages, will run from 10am until 2pm with free tea, coffee, and biscuits available.
There will also be a book donation for Llandough Hospital, and event organisers are asking that each visitor brings one or two books in good condition that they would be willing to donate.
