Egg-cellent Easter egg hunt at Cosmeston and Porthkerry

The glorious Easter sunshine saw an all-time high number of families taking part in the Easter Egg Trial at Cosmeston Lakes and Porthkerry Country Parks.
Over 1300 eager Easter egg hunters visited the two parks across the weekend to take part in the hunt.
Participants collected their maps, found the Easter egg posts and answered the 10 questions to complete the trail and claim their bag of chocolate goodies.
The Easter egg hunt trail, which has been held at Cosmeston Lakes and Porthkerry for the last 4 years, has become more and more successful each year.
Aaron Jones, Park Ranger, said: “This year was such a success, and we’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part. We look forward to holding the Easter trail again next year for all you egg hunters.”
