The temporary library at the Old School in Llantwit Major will be closed between 12 and 17 January while its contents are moved back to the main library building on Boverton Road.
Roni Emlyn-Jones at Llantwit Major LibraryThe library was temporarily relocated to the Old School in order for refurbishment works to take place in the main library building in September 2014.
Users will be able to return to the upgraded library from 19 January.
Refurbishment of the library has been a long term plan for the library service and was made possible by funding from a Welsh Government grant via CyMAL, the branch of government which supports Museums, Archives and Libraries.
During the closure, library users will still be able to use the other libraries in the Vale or choose to use the online services available from the library website at www.valeofglamorgan.gov.uk/libraries.
