12 arrested following CCTV monitoring

CCTV monitoring in the Vale of Glamorgan led to 12 arrests made and one missing person found last week.
The Vale of Glamorgan Council's CCTV team contacted police a total of 50 times during the week ending 15 March 2015.
On 12 March one female was arrested on Holton Road, Barry for being outstanding wanted.
Six arrests were made on 13 March. Four males were arrested in separate incidents for theft, two on Holton Road, one on Park Crescent, and one on Barry Waterfront.
On the same day, one male was arrested on Barry Road for being outstanding wanted, and another was arrested on Broad Street for burglary, theft, and possession of an offensive weapon.
On 14 March two males and one female were arrested on Broad Street for assault.
Two males were arrested on 15 March, one on Everard Street for breach of conditions, and one on Main Street for theft and being outstanding wanted.
On 12 March one missing person was located safe and well on Dunlin Court.
All crimes are alleged at the time of incident.
The Vale of Glamorgan’s CCTV operation is part of the Safer Vale Partnership, which comprises of representatives of the Vale of Glamorgan Council, Police, Fire and Rescue, Probation and Crown Prosecution Services, Vale Local Health Board, NHS Trusts, Vale Council for Voluntary Service and other statutory and voluntary bodies.
