Trinity Street public meeting to take place this week

09 November 2015

The open public meeting to discuss the Trinity Street one way system trial will be held on Friday 13 November by the Vale of Glamorgan Council.

The meeting, first announced last month, will take place at 7pm in Trinity Church Hall on Trinity Street. The session marks the final stage in a consultation process that began at the start of the trial in April this year.

During the trial, introduced in response to concerns raised by local residents about the speed and volume of traffic, the Council closely monitored traffic movements on the roads affected and invited residents to offer their comments and feedback on the scheme.

All of the information collected has now been analysed and the Council’s findings will be presented for discussion at Friday’s meeting.

The one-way system will remain in place until a final decision on the measure is taken.
