Flying Start Wales is a Welsh Government funded programme, and focuses on working for families with children under 4 years-old in some of the most disadvantaged areas of Wales.

The fun day will take place in Holm View Leisure centre in Skomer Road, on Wednesday 26 July.

The event will include face painting and a bouncy castle for children, as well a chance to meet animals with The Nearly Wild Show.

A DJ set will begin in the afternoon and you can even make your own pedal powered smoothie. Raffle prizes donated by local business are available to win on the day.

Families are encouraged to bring a picnic along on the day.

The event is due to take place from 10-2pm.
