Beats Eats and Treats is returning, and it’s going to be bigger and better than before!
12 May 2017
The Beats, Eats and Treats festival that attracted more than 5,000 people to Barry Island last summer is to return on 24 and 25 June 2017.
The free event will feature cooking demonstrations from award winning local chefs as well as a range of street food stalls, a farmers market and a variety of entertainment for the whole family. The programme is still being finalised but the Vale of Glamorgan Council will be announcing more information each week starting from 13 May.
A spokesperson for the Council said: “Last year’s Beats, Eats and Treats festival was a huge success and we’ve been working hard to make this year’s even bigger and better. There will be more demonstrations, a wider range of stalls, and a new layout taking in the award winning promenade gardens that will allow even more people to take in the culinary delights on offer.”
The festival will also feature stalls from our twin towns, Fécamp, Mouscron and Rheinfelden.
