Creative Rural Communities team aims to improve businesses networking in the County
The Vale of Glamorgan Council’s Creative Rural Communities team have launched a survey to find out how and where businesses in the Vale network with each other, and what they would like to see more of in the future.
The survey was launched after research with Vale based trade associations identified that businesses were uncertain of the benefits of networking, and where they could go to network. Part of the project might also look at best practice elsewhere in the UK so that people can learn how get the most out of it.
The survey is live now and will run until the end of April 2018. All survey entrants will be in with a chance to win sparkling afternoon tea for two at Llanerch Vineyards!
Cllr Jonathan Bird, Cabinet Member for Regeneration and Planning said “We hope that the survey will give the Council and local Trade Bodies an insight into what businesses want to get out of networking, and inspire new ways of helping businesses to communicate, trade and work together.”
