  Pop-up Kitchen - Demonstrations Saturday 24 June
 12:00pm - 12:45pm                                   Hangfire Southern Kitchen, Barry.                                                        Our Food demos kick off with the award winning Shauna and Sam from Hang Fire Southern Kitchen.  Barbecue is a key feature in the restaurant, based in the iconic Pumphouse in Barry, which showcases the best cuisine from New Orleans to Kansas City and Texas to Tennessee, with a Welsh twist using as much local produce as possible. 
1:00pm - 1:45pm  Stefan Nilsson, The Pilot, Penarth.

High on the hill with spectacular views overlooking Cardiff Bay, you’ll find The Pilot in Penarth. On the menu  - great pub classics you would expect from your local,  seasonal specials with flavours inspired by the old seafaring captain whose image has been on the traditional pub sign for years. The Pilot’s entry in the Michelin Pub Guide, the only one in the Vale of Glamorgan, makes it worth a visit.

3:00pm - 3:45pm Dawn Walsh, Dawn's Pantry Dawns Pantry was established in January 2017.  Based on the popularity of baking and home baking businesses Dawn knew that she would need to do something a bit different. "I love keeping up to date with the latest trends in baking especially cake making and decorating. So why not try and be one step ahead of this, and bring these trends to Cardiff. I am an “Ex Fashion Buyer now Fashion Baker”
4:00pm - 4:45pm Morganne Goodman - Mogcoginio   MogCoginio is a private caterer with a difference. Food is prepared from
scratch, made with skill and passion in addition to being sourced locally
and mindfully. As a classically trained, well travelled and ethically minded chef,
Morganne, who heads up the operation brings a fresh take to real & high
quality food.

Tom Maynard is Head Chef at the Cardiff branch of this hugely successful and delicious tapas restaurant – which all started in the Vale of Glamorgan. Tom will be cooking a selection of tapas – bringing a taste of sunny Spain to this year’s Beats, Eats & Treats festival

3:00pm - 3:45pm Llanerch Vineyard Wine tasting. More details to come.
4:00pm - 4:45pm Rolant, Tomos a Lilford Brewery A tasting of Tomos & LIlford beers – with Rolant Tomos.  The brewery was established in 2015 by Rob Lilford, Jim Lilford and Rolant Tomos  - to produce a range of beers to appreciate savour,  and remember. The brews have included a Rowan Berry Stout, Banana beer and Shiitake mushroom ale.
