Meet the Artist Sarah Davies
Since completing a degree in graphic Design at Bristol and alongside a 16 year career as a Graphic Designer, I have painted, exhibited and sold work in open exhibitions held by the Albany Gallery, Aberystwyth Arts Centre, the Berwyn Centre and Rhondda Heritage Park, along with solo exhibitions at Penarth Library and Cowbridge Library in the Vale of Glamorgan. I also completed a large a large commission for The Coast Restaurant in Porthcawl and have exhibited in the Washington Gallery, Penarth and Craft Renaissance Gallery in Usk.
I now teach art to adults at the Cowbridge Adult Education Centre alongside my own work. This change in career has had a major influence on my own work, markedly through my renewed love of different medium.
