This is an ideal course for those who have already attended the ‘Breads & Baking – Stage 1’ course or anyone who bakes bread on a regular basis. It is aimed at those who wish to expand their skills both with regards bread making and general baking. If you bake bread regularly, but are not 100% happy with the results, then this is the course for you.
Are there any additional costs? Each week you will need to bring along your own small list of ingredients.
