Want to have friends over for dinner, but lack the confidence to produce a 3-course meal yourself?
This course is the answer! We will look at clever starters, mains and desserts that can be prepped ahead, giving you time to spend with your guests while wowing them with the food.
We will also look at devising menus to give a great balance, while making sure dietary needs are satisfied when needed e.g. gluten free, vegetarian etc.
By the end of the course (week 5) you will be able to devise your own menu & we will have some fun looking at people’s choices.
Are there any additional costs? You will be required to bring along your own small list of ingredients each week.
