Homemade bread is so much better than shop bought – no dodgy ingredients. This course will give you the skills & confidence to bake your own bread at home – without the need for a bread maker. We will cover the basics of bread making, which will give you the confidence to adapt the basic recipes & experiment with variations at home.
You will need to bring along a small list of ingredients and some additional equipment e.g. loaf tins. You will be given the recipe and ingredient list before the course starts. Remeber your cooking apron, tea towels & containers to take your goodies home.
