Homemade bread is so much better than shop bought – no dodgy ingredients. This course will give you the skills & confidence to bake your own bread at home – without the need for a bread maker. We will cover the basics of bread making, which will give you the confidence to adapt the basic recipes & experiment with variations at home.
You will need to bring ingredients and some additional equipment e.g. loaf tins (the tutor will bring equipment if told beforehand). You will be given the recipe and ingredient list before the course starts
You will also need to bring a cooking apron, tea towels & containers to take your goodies home.
