Assisting
With developing a communication network for local artists
and arts organisations, working in all medias. This has been
created by Arts Development and the Creative Rural Partnership.
The forum aims to provide a:
- valuable communication link.
- way to overcome issues of isolation.
- way to increase communication between the Council and other
providers (for example the Arts Council of Wales).
The benefits include:
- acting as an intermediary with the Arts, wider community
and strategic bodies.
- enabling networking and views to be shared.
- providing a united voice to consult.
- joint marketing.
- training.
- developing the Vale's Arts strategy.
- using opportunities with the Creative Rural
Partnership.
