calories, our Leisure Centres have everything you need. You
can take part in dozens of fitness classes, hire out a sports hall for
your club, go for a swim,
or loads
of other activities including squash, badminton and
basketball. Regular Leisure Centre users can save a lot of money
each year by joining the FreeStyle membership scheme.

LifeStyle gym suites
The LifeStyle gym suites at our Leisure Centres in
Barry, Cowbridge, Llantwit Major and Penarth all contain
state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll be made to feel really welcome
in a non-intimidating environment and our fitness instructors
will create free fitness programmes tailored to your individual
training needs. Gym membership costs from just £23.50 per month or
you can pay as you
train.

Easyline - New for 2010!
The nation's
leading lady, Miss Wales Lucy Whitehouse has opened a new Easyline ladies' fitness suite at
Penarth Leisure Centre. Following in the footsteps of the
suite already in place in Barry, Easyline gives you a whole body
workout. |

Our sports and play development team create and
encourage opportunities and initiatives for people of all ages and
abilities to take part in physical activities. Find out about
