You can take part in dozens of fitness classes, hire out a sports hall for your club, go for a swim, or loads of other activities including squash, badminton and basketball. Regular Leisure Centre users can save a lot of money each year by joining the FreeStyle membership scheme.

LifeStyle gymThe LifeStyle gym suites at our Leisure Centres in Barry, Cowbridge, Llantwit Major and Penarth all contain state-of-the-art equipment. You’ll be made to feel really welcome in a non-intimidating environment and our fitness instructors will create free fitness programmes tailored to your individual training needs. Gym membership costs from just £23.50 per month or you can pay as you train.

Easyline at Penarth Leisure CentreThe nation's leading lady, Miss Wales Lucy Whitehouse has opened a new Easyline ladies' fitness suite at Penarth Leisure Centre. Following in the footsteps of the suite already in place in Barry, Easyline gives you a whole body workout.
