Your FreeStyle membership lasts for one year and it’s easy to
renew your membership. Ask at any of the Leisure Centre reception
desks for a form.
We need you to confirm whether any of your circumstances have
changed, e.g. address, name or concessionary membership
details.
Don’t forget that we will require proof that you are receiving
the benefit / support stated. (Students will need a letter on
headed paper for their educational establishment).
