Hammer Gym
The Colcot Sports Centre provides Hammer Strength equipment and a selection of free weights that includes Barbells and fixed Dumbbell sets ranging from 5kg to 65kg.
Please note that Hammer Gym is currently a cardio equipment free Centre and is therefore an ideal location to focus on weight training and achieving results desired.
The Centre provides ample parking, a pleasant training environment with Sky TV and trained, friendly staff who are happy to help you get the most from the equipment available.
Ask us for more information on prices, we do offer pay as you train rates and attractive FreeStyle discount. All Hammer Gym users must complete an induction before commencing training.
