What is Reiki?
Reiki (pronounced ‘ray-kee’) is a Japanese term usually
translated as, ‘universal life force’. It’s based on the premise
that there’s a higher power to be accessed, channeled and then
directed to heal you.
What can Reiki help with?
Nita has previously helped to conquer fears such as flying,
pre-exam nerves, improved skin for those with eczema conditions,
alleviating headaches, reducing limb swelling and assisting with
deep relaxation. The treatment does not require any medication and
there are no side effects.

A taster session costs just £7 for a quarter of an hour; there
