One membership...four centres!
A LifeStyle membership costs from £23.50 a month
and allows you to use the fitness studios at the four
main leisure centres across the Vale – ideal for
tailoring your training needs around your own life, work and

732457 or pop into your nearest centre.
Alternatively, non-members can choose to pay as they
train.
More than just a gym membership
A LifeStyle membership also lets you use the
swimming pools in
Barry, Penarth and Llantwit Major as well as health suites across the
four sites, over 60 fitness classes per week and access to a number
of health
assessments. The minimum age for LifeStyle membership is
14.
Personal fitness programmes
Our friendly staff will create fitness
programmes especially for you, whether you are new to the gym
or are a regular looking to freshen up your routine and set new
targets. The facilities in our gyms are first class, with
state-of-the-art Technogym
equipment, including Technogym keys which let you follow your
programmes.

You will have to complete a short membership form and will then be
booked in for an induction so that you are familiar with all of the
gym equipment.
