Play Schemes
Normally run through the school holidays for children/young
people aged 5 -14. Venues include:
- Schools
- Community Centres
- Leisure Centres
Play Rangers
Are the same as play schemes (except they are run in open
spaces).
Play opportunities
Include:
- Arts & Crafts / Junk Modelling
- Den Building
- Parachute and Ball Games
- Fire Building / BBQs
This list is not exhaustive; where possible Play Workers/Rangers
will stage opportunities to meet individual needs of all children
taking part.
Parents/guardians
Please make sure children and young people are appropriately
dressed. Inevitably your children will probably get dirty
and may get paint on their clothes.
