Vale Karate Club
A partnership project
Has seen the creation of a satellite club for children and young
adults with disabilities.
The club started in 2006 and meets mondays between 6pm and
7pm at the YMCA, Barry.
The sessions are presented by Rob Copeland offering
disciplined activities to develop:
- control and focus
- self discipline
- co-ordination and confidence
Cost
£3 per session, the Club is affiliated to the Welsh Karate
Governing Body.
