Opportunities

Disability Sport Wales have many options for coaches to join their work force in a variety of sports with any of the different impairment groups. The courses fall in to one of the 3 categories:

(1) Disability equality training

For those new to the field of disability including an overview of terminology, legislation, and a brief look at what disability is and how individuals are affected.

(2) Sports specific courses

Courses run by the National Governing Bodies for sport providing a specific level of training for each sport. These courses are not necessarily disability specific although some governing bodies may have a disability module.
