Chips v Champs DVD Adam, Gwyn and Matt

Aims to promote the benefits of healthy eating and lifestyles to young people. The key message is it doesn’t just apply to the professionals – such as Adam Jones, but to all of us. The younger we learn the better it will be for our future!

Tag rugby

Is a safe, fun and exciting form of non-contact rugby and can be played without scrums and lineouts. Agility, spatial awareness, speed and good hand-eye coordination are more important skills than brute force and strength.

Obesityautograph hunters

According to a recent study a quarter of 11 to 15 year olds are now obese. Alarmingly, it’s predicted that by 2050 half of all children will be obese, unless we all work to reverse the trend. The DVD teaches children that they don't have to give up chips or computer games, it’s about balance. With support from their families, they need to make small steps to ensure a big difference in their future well being.
