Exercise Referral Easyline Classes
Many
of the Exercise Referral Classes take place in the Easyline suites
that can be found at either Barry Leisure Centre, Penarth Leisure
Centre or Cowbridge Leisure Centre.
The Easyline suites contain a circuit of exercise stations and
machines that work all parts of your body. The equipment is
hydraulic and resistance-based and is suitable for all people
to use, regardless of their strength or ability. You can use
it to train as gently or as hard as you like.
