New Friday Zumba® class at Barry Leisure Centre

A further Zumba® class has been added to the fitness
programme at Barry Leisure Centre in response to the huge demand
for the high energy Latin dance workouts.
The new class, every Friday 5pm – 6pm, takes the total of Zumba®
classes available each week at the Vale of Glamorgan’s leisure
centres to ten.
If you haven’t tried Zumba® yet, then don’t miss out – it has
become the worldwide fitness phenomenon of the last few years
thanks to its mix of hypnotic rhythms and easy-to-follow dance
moves. What better way to start your weekend than with a Zumba®
workout!
Zumba® is so effective because the routines feature aerobic
interval training, combining fast and slow rhythms with moves that
tone and sculpt the body. The classes target key areas such as
glutes, legs, arms and abdominals, and are great for getting the
heart rate up for burning calories. Zumba® also increases your
flexibility.
