Birthday parties terms and conditions
1. Payment is due on
application, 50% refundable if the party is cancelled with more
than 14 days notice.
2. In the event of any damage to the equipment the hirer will be
charged to replace or clean the items. Replacement charges will
also be payable by the hirer if any equipment is missing after the
hire time.
3. No food, drinks, or messy activities are to be allowed on the
play areas.
4. The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and safety of the
children using the equipment. Soft play equipment is recommended
for children up to the age of eight; please ensure that the
equipment is used appropriately. In the event of injury, the Vale
of Glamorgan Council will not be held responsible or liable.
5. In the event of extreme, freezing road conditions and
snow/flood etc., it may be necessary to rearrange the booking. The
Vale of Glamorgan Council will not be held responsible.
6. Please feel free to contact us prior to the party to finalise
arrangements.
7. Please contact us immediately if any party arrangements alter
or you wish to cancel.
8. The party will be bound to the leisure centre's condition of
hire and regulation of use - copies of these are available on
request from the centre manager.
