upper and lower body. With the use of Dynabands, hand weights, body
bars and floor work exercises, this class is guaranteed to make you
sweat and will help you get stronger and leaner while improving
your fitness.
Body Blitz
Burn off calories with a combination of resistance training
and aerobic exercises for a total circuit body
workout.
This class is designed to be easy to follow and targets

Boxercise
Let our professional instructors put you through your paces with
an energetic class that will tone the upper body. This class is a
great stress-buster, combining both aerobic and anaerobic exercise.
Hand and eye co-ordination, balance and timing will all be required
as you train on mats, mitts, pads, bags, medicine balls and other
equipment.
Cardio Tone
A low impact, high energy class to work your heart

toning your muscles. Enjoy the challenge of learning
choreographed routines.
Circuit Training
The classic fitness class. Train at a mix of stations to

Easy does it for the over 50s
A gentle exercise class that will leave you feeling refreshed
and energised. Ideal for over 50s but also great exercise for all
ages.
Easyline
Rotate through a selection of hydraulic machines,
stretching stations and steps to get a full body workout in
just half an hour. An instructor will be on hand to give you
extra motivation.
Fitball
A low impact class to work your core muscles (and many
more) with the use of a fitball. Suitable for all levels.
Modern Jive
If you fancy yourself as the Vale's answer to Anton Du

or Flavia Cacace then you'll love our modern jive
classes.
Multi Fit
An exciting, total body workout for all levels. Split
into four
sections - step, muscle toning, kick boxing and a
cardiovascular workout. This class is guaranteed to burn
fat, tone, and build strength.
Pilates
A workout for mind and body. This core stability class
focuses on the abs, back and buttocks by using slow
flowing exercises to improve flexibility and posture.
Pumpfit
An aerobic based class including muscle toning, with the use of
steps, bands and weights. The class structure can vary from week to
week to give variety with a total body workout.
Step
Aerobics
Exciting choreography, muscle toning and cardiovascular
work are all important in this challenging fitness class.
The use of the step will help you burn extra calories.

T'ai Chi
Also known as the moving meditation, T'ai Chi is practised
with a series of slow and controlled movements developing
strength, balance, posture and calm.
Tone

stretch.
Trampolining
Put an extra spring in your step by having fun and getting fit

Trixter
bike classes
Trixter bikes bring the excitement, feeling and sights of
outdoor cycling inside four walls. You cycle while following
a large screen at the front of the class, which simulates
riding along various routes. An instructor leads the class,
pushing you to dig deep and challenge yourself.
Cycling proficiency certificates aren't required!
Yoga
These sessions can make you healthy while relieving stress
byincorporating postures, breathing techniques and relaxation
exercises.
Young at
Heart
A gentle low impact fun aerobics class for the over 60s.
Also suitable for anyone wishing to get back into fitness following
illness etc.
Zumba®
