Fitness Class Guidelines
1.
The minimum age for fitness classes is 14.
2. Please ensure that you are on time for classes. There will be
no admission after five minutes.
3. Well fitting and cushioned trainers must be worn.
4. Please notify the instructor of any injuries or ailments.
5. No chewing gum during classes.
6. It is advisable to drink plenty of water during exercise.
7. LifeStyle water bottles, towels, goggles and other equipment
can all be bought from reception desks. Please ask a member of
staff for details.
8. Most importantly of all, enjoy yourself!
