After school activities at Cowbridge Leisure Centre

New after-school sports sessions are up and running at Cowbridge Leisure Centre for youngsters to have fun while getting fit.

Every Monday, children aged nine to eleven can play dodgeball between 4pm and 5pm, while baseball / rounders is on offer on Tuesdays at 3:45pm – 4:45pm (ages six to eight) and 4:45pm – 5:45pm (ages nine to eleven). Youngsters aged eight to 11 can take to the basketball court on Wednesdays from 5pm to 6pm, and can hit the back of the net at football sessions on Thursdays from 4pm – 5pm (ages four to seven) and 5pm to 6pm (ages eight to 11).

On Friday, ages eight to 15 can leap around the leisure centre at a Free Running session between 4pm and 6pm, and then to finish each week it is hockey at 4pm – 5pm (ages six to eight) and 5pm – 6pm (ages nine to 11).
