No, our instructors will create your
fitness programmes for free.

Access to four health and fitness gyms, three swimming
pools (Barry, Llantwit Major and Penarth), three health suites
(Barry, Cowbridge and Penarth) and dozens
of classes every week.
4. Are memberships available for couples?
Yes. The couple memberships start from £42.00 per
month.
5. What time are the LifeStyle gyms
open?

The minimum age to be allowed to use the gym is 14.
7. Do you provide any discount membership
