0710 STAFF MEMBERSHIP
07:00-10:00 Monday to Friday
All Vale Council and Welsh Assembly staff can join the 0710
gym membership scheme to kick-start their day by using the
gyms, pools and fitness classes between 7am and 10am, Monday to
Friday, for just £12.25 a month. An
annual fee is not available. To join, you just need to bring a
current ID badge or a wage slip with you for proof of
employment.
Payment and conditions for all memberships
- The minimum age for membership is 14 and
anyone aged 14 / 15 needs to provide a letter from their
parent/guardian to confirm their age.
- Annual membership fees give you a 5% discount compared to if
you pay monthly. Please note that members who pay monthly are
charged a £15 administration fee.
- All payments are to be made in full and are
non-refundable. The first month's instalment is payable at time of
application and can be made by cash, cheque or debit card.
- The instalments that follow will be made via our direct
debit system, payable on the 21st of every month.
- Memberships can be cancelled at any time without a fee but must
be received by the 16th of the month.

services that include a health and fitness programme, health
assessments, cholesterol tests and programme renewals to name but a
few.

centre in Barry, Llantwit Major, Cowbridge or Penarth.
To join, you'll need to complete a simple application form, set
up your payment and, if you are signing up for 0710
membership, bring along some ID too please (see above). You
will then be booked in for a LifeStyle induction so that you are
familiar with the gym facilities and able to use the equipment
safely.
