Uses

This dough can be modelled into shapes and baked in the oven, painted and varnished.

  • 1½ cups of salt
  • 2½ cups of water

Method:

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead well. Model your desired jewel or badge.
  2. When your models are ready place them on an oiled baking tray.
  3. Bake for about 1 hour at 325F /gas mark 3 (larger items may need to be cooked for longer).
  4. Paint and varnish when cool.
