Sports Coaching

We can help you on your way to becoming a sports coachThere's always demand for club coaches locally. If you would like to get into coaching, the Vale of Glamorgan Council's sports and play development team can help you.

We can provide information on the first steps to take, put you in touch with local clubs that may require more coaches and could help you get some experience, and we can also tell you about any forthcoming coaching and sports courses.

In conjunction with the Vale of Glamorgan District Sports Council and national governing bodies of sport, we offer a range of courses that include SportsCoach UK courses www.sportscoachuk.org. We also advise on First Aid training and sports specific courses.

If you need extra inspiration to get involved, then check out Sport Wales' 'Behind Every Star' campaign.
