Vale Karate Club
A partnership project
Has seen the creation of a satellite club for children and young
adults with disabilities.
The club started in 2006 and meets Tuesday evenings.
Beginners 6 - 6.45pm
Advanced 6.45 - 7.30pm.
The sessions are presented by Rob Copeland. Rob was
awarded Disability Coach of the Year by the Sports Council for
Wales in December 2008.
The sessions offer disciplined activities to develop:
- control and focus
- self discipline
- co-ordination and confidence
Cost
£3 per session, the Club is affiliated to the Welsh Karate
Governing Body.
