Learning to Drive?
Vale of Glamorgan Libraries to offer free online Driving Theory
Tests for new drivers
Vale of Glamorgan residents who are learning to drive can
now practise for the Driving Theory Test through their local
library.
Our 24 Hour
Library has just added Theory Test Pro
to its growing list of internet services available freely to our
library members. This service provides a highly realistic online
simulation of the UK's driving theory test. It contains the entire
official test question bank, hazard perception video clips and an
online version of the Highway Code.
Theory Test Pro's material is licensed from the Driving
Standards Agency (DSA), so learner drivers can be assured that the
practice questions they're given are from the people who set the
official tests.
Access to Theory Test Pro
is free for library members who call in to any Vale of Glamorgan
Library. Members can also access Theory Test Pro from outside of
the library using their library card.
Henry Dillon, Marketing Director of Well Informed Limited, which
developed Theory Test Pro, is thrilled to be partnering with Vale
of Glamorgan Libraries Library.
“I’m very happy that borrowers of Vale of Glamorgan Libraries
will now have free access to Theory Test Pro,” said Dillon.
“Studying is a must for the DSA’s driving theory test and Theory
Test Pro offers everything that you'd get from a CD-ROM with none
of the hassle.”
Library members can sign up to take practice driving theory
tests by visiting the Theory Test Pro website via our 24 Hour
Library.
Vale of Glamorgan residents without a library membership can
obtain one easily by visiting their local library. More information
is available on the FAQs section of our website.
