Who’s Who and Who Was Who Online
Vale Library Members now have
access to Who’s Who and Who Was Who online
via the 24
hour library. To access this resource from a PC outside the
library, members will need to type in their library card
number.
Who’s Who has been published
annually since 1849. It contains over 33,000 short biographies,
continually updated, of living noteworthy and influential
individuals, from all walks of life. Who Was Who
has over 100,000 entries from the archives of Who’s Who dating back
to 1898: the definitive roll-call of the last 150 years of British
history.
