How to find Penarth Library
The library is in Stanwell Road, between the main shops on
Windsor Road, and the Penarth Railway Station with routes to
Cardiff and Barry. There are time-limited parking spaces in
Stanwell Road, Rectory Road (one way), Windsor Terrace and
surrounding streets. The nearest bus stop is in Rectory Road, for
buses to and from Cardiff, Barry, Llandough, Sully and Dinas Powys.
There is also a stop in Stanwell Road just outside Stangate House,
between the library and Windsor Road.
